this coast guard, really need english class jaja! because he doesn't understand what are the other guys talkin about.. and they were in an emergency !! :o. Also It is supposed that the coast guard should help their colleagues (I dont know how to refer to the men of the radio) when they are in an emergency. So, if he does not understand english, or any other language, he can't help someone who is asking for help IN ENGLISH OR ANY OTHER LANGUAGE. :) hope you like my answer HIHI
